Ticket Purchase Notes
Unified Declaration and Published Matters
- (1) Children's ticket purchase is primarily determined by height and secondarily by age. If the height exceeds 150 cm but the child is under 12 years old, relevant proof such as a health insurance card or household registration booklet must be presented at the time of purchase.
- (2) Groups purchasing discounted tickets must include at least 20 individual tickets.
- (3) Children's tickets can be included in group calculations but are not eligible for additional discounts.
- (4) Ticketing instructions for persons with disabilities:
- Persons with disabilities, holding a disability certificate issued by the competent authority in Taiwan, whether the old version ("Disability Handbook" with a light blue background) or the new version ("Disability Certificate" with a pink background), are eligible for free admission.
- If an evaluation determines that a companion is necessary, one companion per day is eligible for free admission.
- (5) One person, one ticket. If you exit the venue and wish to re-enter on the same day, please have a stamp applied to your hand upon exit as proof for re-entry.
- (6) This ticket has been taxed by the Yilan County Government Finance and Tax Bureau and serves as an official receipt. Please keep the ticket safe, as lost tickets will not be reissued. Unified invoices will not be issued separately. For groups or individuals requiring proof of purchase for reporting purposes, please inform the ticketing staff to issue a purchase receipt at the time of purchase. Receipts will only be issued on-site and will not be reissued afterward.
- (7) Tickets that have been used, photocopied, duplicated, expired, altered, damaged to the point of being unrecognizable, or lack the stamp of the Yilan County Government Finance and Tax Bureau Luodong Branch are invalid.
- (8) Detailed regulations are subject to on-site announcements. The organizer reserves the right to modify the rules at any time.

- (1) Ticket Refund and Exchange Instructions:

(1) Tickets purchased on-site during the event period can be refunded at the on-site ticket booth before the event ends (before May 11, 2025). Tickets that have been used are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
(2) For tickets purchased through other channels, such as ticketing systems or travel websites, please contact the original purchase channel for processing, following their refund procedures, fees, and timelines. - Tickets that have been used, expired, altered, or damaged to the point of being unrecognizable are non-refundable.

- For tickets purchased using non-cash payment methods, relevant proof documents must be provided.
