To enhance the welfare of economic animals, encourage businesses to focus on friendly breeding practices, and promote animal protection and pet registration management systems to the public, the 2024 Green Expo Earth Academy continues to develop an animal zone for visitors to get close to and observe a variety of economic animals such as sheep, dairy cows, musk pigs, and free-range chickens, as well as cute animals that have been rescued after being abandoned. Caretakers will be on-site to explain breeding methods and precautions, teaching the public important knowledge about friendly animal care. The area also showcases abandoned pets to promote the concept of not abandoning pets indiscriminately.
